Magic Kingdoms current Firework show Wishes will be ending on May 11th and the new show Happily Ever After will debut one day later on May 12th. This new nighttime spectacular will showcase some of Disney's most beloved movies including Moana, Big Hero 6, Princess and the Frog, Zootopia, Aladdin, Brave, and many more! This new show will feature Projections, Fireworks, Pyrotechnics, and original animation with a great score! Similar to almost every other Disney nighttime show, there will be a desert party. This Fireworks Desert Party will be on the Tomorrowland Terrace. In my opinion this announcement is very surprising considering that the Magic Kingdom doesn't have a nighttime parade at all right now. While the Magic Kingdom still has Wishes playing almost every night and I haven't heard a lot of people begging for a new fireworks show at Magic Kingdom. Honestly I've heard more people clamouring for a new fireworks show at Epcot. So if anything I was expecting a new parade announcement coming to Magic Kingdom. Are you excited for this new nighttime show as much as we are? Do you wish that Wishes would have stayed? Make sure to let us know! Make sure to stay up to date with everything going on in Disney news, right here at Magic Mania! We hope to see you real soon ;) Oh, and one more thing... have a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Doh Day Source: Disney Parks Blog
